Support for Digital Infrastructure and Transformation of SMEs (2nd Round)

The aim of the DIMOP_Plusz-1.2.6/B-26 is to support the digital development of micro and small enterprises. By the end of the project, the company must achieve an increase in its digital intensity. The detailed performance requirements are set out in Section 2.3 of the official call.

This scheme may be ideal for companies planning to introduce their first ERP system or modernize their existing systems.

DIMOP PLUSZ 1.2.3/A-24
Combined Loan + Grant for Digitalization

The objective of the DIMOP PLUSZ 1.2.3/A-24 program is to improve the competitiveness of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises with very low or low digital intensity, primarily by supporting the introduction and operation of digital solutions. It is required that by the end of the project, the company’s digital intensity increases by at least 1 point compared to the initial level. The details of the assessment are specified in Annex 6 of the call for proposals.

The total budget of the scheme is HUF 27.8 billion, available countrywide; however, the allocation of funds differs by region. Projects implemented in Budapest have HUF 4,103,181,588 available, while developments outside Budapest can access HUF 23,696,818,412, meaning significantly greater funding is available for rural businesses.

  • 0% fixed interest rate for the entire loan term
  • Loan term: 8 years
  • Project implementation period: 18 months
  • No management fees
  • No commitment fees
  • No prepayment penalty
  • Up to 50% available as a non-repayable grant
  • Applications may be submitted between December 5, 2024 and June 30, 2027.

Within the framework of the grant, primarily the costs of on-premise and cloud-based software solutions can be accounted for. These include, among others:

  • Implementation and modernization of ERP systems
  • Introduction of CRM applications
  • ICT security measures
  • Support for online marketing
  • Online sales solutions
  • Website development

GINOP Plus-1.4.5-25
Green and Digital Innovation Projects

The GINOP Plus-1.4.5-25 interest-free loan program aims to increase productivity and added value of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises through technological and organizational renewal, as well as to promote green and digital transition. Projects financed under this scheme must be implemented outside Budapest within Hungary. However, it is important to note that companies headquartered in Budapest are also eligible to apply, provided that the actual project implementation location is outside of Budapest. It is also required that at least 10% of the eligible costs during implementation must be spent on equipment procurement. An additional 10% must be allocated to corporate infocommunication development and/or investments related to renewable energy.

Key Information:

  • Project duration: 24 months
  • Loan term: up to 120 months, depending on the depreciation rate of the asset
  • Up to 30% of the loan may be claimed as a non-repayable grant

Eligible activities include:

  • Technological modernization
  • Introduction of ERP and digital systems
  • Real estate development
  • Renewable energy investments
  • Procurement of fully electric vehicles
